With over 15 years in recruitment, from launching specialist agencies to a major Swiss corporate, I saw the hiring disconnect for Start-Ups & SMEs – lack of knowledge, resources and time to consistently win. Hire Collider, leveraging new technology, expert consulting and a proprietary model – Talent Excellence – aims to close this gap, empowering emerging businesses to secure key talent and compete effectively in their markets.

Tell us more about your plans for 2024 and what is your long-term vision.

Our 2024 plan and vision is to become the go-to strategic partner for Swiss startups and SMEs, challenging the status quo to ensure every business, regardless of size, can attract and retain top-tier talent. This includes enhancing our platform’s capabilities, entering new markets, and continuously improving our service offerings to address the ever-evolving needs of our clients. Ultimately, deploying this model globally would be great!

What has been the biggest success that you have achieved in your startup?

Still early days, but our biggest success lies in developing the Talent Excellence model that integrates new technology with best-in-class consulting services. This foundation positions us to transform the recruitment landscape for Swiss Startups and SMEs.

If you could do it all over again, what would you do differently? What are your biggest learnings?

I’m still doing it for the first time but I wish that I had fully believed in myself and started this journey sooner!

What motivates you to continue your business every day?

Witnessing emerging businesses thrive with the right talent is incredibly rewarding, especially in areas of unmet need.

One piece of advice for someone who is just starting out with their startup?

Continuously push beyond finding a single solution and strive to identify and solve new challenges every day.

What does it mean to you to be a member of the Swiss Startup Association?

For me, it represents access to a valuable network, resources, and advocacy that empowers Hire Collider to navigate challenges and seize opportunities, reinforcing our mission to drive transformative recruitment solutions in Switzerland.
