Your experts:
Dr. Christian Schönfeld focuses on corporate and commercial law as well as the law of banking and capital markets and associated regulatory issues. Within these areas he has particular experience in collective investment law and Fintech (ICOs, tokenization etc.). He also advises on data protection matters and is a member of the Startup Desk. Before joining Prager Dreifuss as a lawyer, he worked as a research assistant for Prof. Dr. Urs Bertschinger at the University of St. Gallen.
Dr. Rahel Nedi deals with Labour Law, Data Protection and Dispute Resolution. She is also a member of the Start-up Desk. She advises a national and international clientele, both private individuals and companies. In addition, she is a lecturer at the University of Zurich and edits articles for an employment journal.
