Meet Nicolai Nuber
What personal advice would you give to a startup shortly before its foundation?
From a legal perspective, it is crucial that you and your co-founders have a shareholders’ agreement ready at incorporation as this governs all relevant aspects regarding the company and its exit- and invest-ability going forward. This can save you a lot of discussions later and provides legal certainty to all parties involved and a solid basis for future financings and onboarding of investors.
What excites you about the startup world?
I strongly believe that our startups and founders are crucial to develop the “economy of tomorrow” and solve pressing needs. To be on the forefront of these inventions in all kinds of fields and work together with founders driven by their mission is very inspiring.
Which Swiss startup would you have liked to invest at the very beginning?
