Tell us about Kampadre
Kampadre is a matchmaking service that finds the best marketing agencies at the lowest price.
Vetting and comparing agencies is hard enough but finding one that is fairly priced is even more difficult due to the lack of transparency. Kampadre changes that with more than 200 agencies on the platform, a unique matchmaking protocol and a familiar interface for end users.
Tell us more about your plans for 2025 and what is your long-term vision.
We’re looking to implement the new interface that allows us to scale the lead generation.
What has been the biggest success that you have achieved in your startup?
Our biggest achievement to date is the onboarding of 130 marketing agencies in 2 months with zero marketing spend. In addition, we achieved a positive cashflow in a span of just 7 months!
If you could do it all over again, what would you do differently? What are your biggest learnings?
I would go deeper on the problem and keep the execution simple for longer.
What motivates you to continue your business every day?
The win-win-win business relationships between Kampadre, the marketing agencies, and the business clients is a huge motivation factor for us.
One piece of advice for someone who is just starting out with their startup?
- Understand the underlying problem exceptionally well
- Keep it simple when solving it
- Don’t think about scalability in the beginning
- Always produce information (just do something)
- Don’t be too attached to your product (break it down or remove features every now and then)
- The user is not always right (but don’t waste your time changing his view)
What does it mean to you to be a member of the Swiss Startup Association?
I only signed up for the Hubspot voucher, haha. Actually, I believe Switzerland has all the right ingredients for the deca-corn of tomorrow. I see the SSA as the Swiss YC that enables these future success stories.

Yes, absolutely. Having like minded, risk-taking, opportunity seeking individuals around you is absolutely key.
