Meet Deion Impallomeni, CEO of Julith Group AG

Please tell us about Julith Group AG

In a world where algorithms can use AI to identify users in any user journey, marketers must rethink what that means for marketing. At Julith Group, we created a database that consolidates all your marketing messages in all the necessary text, image, video, and language variations to address your target audience on various push channels and guide them through the entire marketing funnel to a valuable engagement.

We do this by feeding algorithms a lot more data in order to shorten the learning curve to reach relevant users that want to engage with your messages when they are ready.

Back in 2017 when P2C platforms were really charging the market for e-commerce, we felt that there is a similar opportunity for organisations who do not use e-commerce to sell their products and services. We created a solution that allows organisations to utilise their owned assets and optimise them accordingly (OAO). Our founding team consists of 3 individuals and we completed our minimum viable product in 2023 with 22 onboarded clients, two of which are fortune 500s. We saw a gap in the market that we felt needed to be addressed, especially now in the changing landscape of marketing since 2020.

Tell us more about your plans for 2024 and what is your long-term vision.

This year we are working on our product roadmap as we plan additional new features that will allow us to provide even more value to our customers. In addition we are looking for a tiny investment to help us speed up our product development. We are at a tipping point in the market in which organisations and industry experts are about to comprehend the power of how and which data they must feed algorithms in order to get the best possible results out of them. Think back to the mid-2000s when programmatic advertising became a globally adapted “way to do it” for publishers and advertisers. We are at a similar juncture for a different format.

What has been the biggest success that you have achieved in your startup?

We’re really proud of the results our clients are receiving through our solution. It continues to confirm our hypothesis we have about how reception marketing can be done.

If you could do it all over again, what would you do differently? What are your biggest learnings?

Don’t think just because you built an epic solution that everybody understands what you’ve created. Dumb-it-down, then dumb-it-down even more so anyone understands what you created, otherwise nobody cares. We are still in the early stages and are learning a lot from our current clients. But the biggest nuggets of advice is to remain focused. Focus on your core. Focus on the niche. Focus on your vision. And then, execute relentlessly. You can never put too much time on your plan A.

What motivates you to continue your business every day?

Knowing that one day when we look back on our current product version, we will be embarrassed. I am excited for what our team has envisioned.

One piece of advice for someone who is just starting out with their startup?

Do not let the opinions of others define who you are, what you can do & who you can become. Just start.
