Passionate, global, strong
What personal advice would you give to a startup shortly before its foundation?
Focus on your product/technology and on your founding team, but do not forget the legal documents like a shareholders’ agreement. As long as everything runs smoothly, contracts are mostly dead documents but in case of disputes, they can be conflict savers.
What excites you about the startup world?
The mindset of the founders, their interesting business ideas that I would not have thought of and how they courageously and passionately pursue their ideas. It is exciting to work in such an environment and support the founders and startups on their journey with my legal advice.
