Please tell us about Persona Vera

Persona Vera is a one-stop shop for brand strategy. We specialize in developing brand identities, creating effective marketing strategies, and scaling businesses globally. If you’re looking to establish a compelling brand presence or expand your reach worldwide, we are here to help you do that.
It all started at the crossroads of my two passions: branding and psychology. I’ve always been passionate about cutting through the noise and captivating audiences. So, I initially focused on creating personal brands for entrepreneurs that were authentic, impactful, and stood out.
As the company grew, we expanded our services to include corporate branding, bringing the same level of authenticity and impact to larger organizations. Today, we have a steadily growing team of top specialists all over the world. It’s been an incredible journey so far, driven by a desire to make a real difference in the world of branding.

Tell us more about your plans for 2024 and what is your long-term vision.

Our long-term vision is to transform businesses through the latest technologies like neurobranding, creating brands that not only reflect the owner’s vision but also significantly enhance companies’ value. By leveraging advanced consumer insights and innovative strategies, we aim to build strong emotional connections with the target audience, ensuring that our clients’ brands stand out in the marketplace but also drive tangible, impactful results.

What has been the biggest success that you have achieved in your startup?

One of our most significant achievements has been the successful launch of a rebranding campaign for a major client in the healthcare industry. We developed a new brand identity that aligned with their values and mission. This campaign not only revitalized the client’s brand image but also resulted in a 50% increase in customer engagement and a 30% boost in sales within the first year. This was a great achievement for us, highlighting our expertise in delivering transformative branding solutions that drive substantial business growth!

If you could do it all over again, what would you do differently? What are your biggest learnings?

If we could do it all over again, we’d probably invest in a crystal ball to predict market trends and avoid those late-night brainstorming sessions fueled by too much coffee! 😉

Our biggest learning has been the importance of flexibility. The marketing landscape changes faster than a social media trend, and being able to adapt quickly has been crucial. It’s very hard sometimes to let go of a direction that has been chosen, especially if you have already invested a lot of time, resources, and energy into it. But we’ve learned that it’s okay to pivot and adjust strategies—whatever works. As Tony Robbins said, “Stay committed to your decisions but stay flexible in your approach.”

What motivates you to continue your business every day?

What drives us each day is the passion for helping great businesses grow and succeed. It’s amazing to see the positive changes in audience engagement and the numbers rise when we work with our clients. We love finding solutions to complex problems, coming up with innovative ideas, and achieving tangible results. Plus, working with visionary entrepreneurs and being part of their journey is incredibly inspiring and rewarding.

One piece of advice for someone who is just starting out with their startup?

Show up. Even if it feels like nothing is working, consistency is key. By showing up and being persistent, you can achieve great success in the long run.

What does it mean to you to be a member of the Swiss Startup Association?

I believe in the power of community and mutual support. I have great respect for entrepreneurs, and from my own experience, I can relate to how challenging their journey can be. Entrepreneurs inspire me with their vision, determination, fresh ideas and big dreams.
Being part of the Swiss Startup Association allows me to connect with like-minded individuals, share experiences, and contribute to a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem. Being a part of this association gives me an opportunity to share my experience in the world of branding and be of value to raising entrepreneurs.

Would you recommend joining the Swiss Startup Association? Why?

I have just joined, and am going to attend the next event in Zurich on the 12th of June. Looking forward to meeting new people and connecting with other founders!
