Please tell us more about LogicFlow

LogicFlow AG is a startup founded in November 2020 with the goal of revolutionizing software development through automation. Our flagship product, Astra, is a no-code platform that uses neural networks to streamline UI test automation. Astra helps to maintain application stability and perform efficient screenshot comparison and test case maintenance. The company was founded by two entrepreneurs in Switzerland and is supported by a team of skilled near-shore developers and automation specialists.

Tell us more about the main highlights of 2022. What are your plans for 2023 and what is your long-term vision? 

In 2022, our product Astra was successfully implemented for productive use at a global insurance company, our first enterprise customer. Through this collaboration, Astra has evolved into a fully-fledged, enterprise-ready automation platform. Looking ahead to 2023, we have ambitious plans to further expand the capabilities of Astra. Our goal is to build on the Astra platform and develop an autonomous testing module that can process usage patterns and help developers to autonomously create test cases, and alert about potential bugs. This will bring us one step closer to achieving our vision of fully autonomous software testing.

What has been the biggest success that you have achieved in your startup?

Being able to implement our platform within a large enterprise at an early stage and collaborating tightly on product development to stay focused on the features truly necessary for a successful adoption.

If you could do it all over again, what would you do differently? What are your biggest learnings?

We would evaluate the business model of product ideas more carefully. We would bootstrap the early-stage development of our product longer and delay fund raising. This would have allowed us to take more time to find and onboard co-founders so passionate about the vision that they are happy to work for sweat equity.

What motivates you to continue your business every day?

The possibility if being the first company to bring a fully autonomous testing solution to the market.

One piece of advice for someone who is just starting out with their startup?

Take the time to find a vision that gets potential co-founders, early customers, and investors equally excited.

What does it mean to you to be a member of the Swiss Startup Association? 

It means to meet likeminded people with whom I can discuss everything from exciting visions to the toughest challenges.

Would you recommend joining the Swiss Startup Association? If yes, why? 

Yes, I would highly recommend joining! It is a great networking opportunity to meet potential co-founders, team members, customers, and investors.

Have you ever visited the events of the Swiss Startup Association? If yes, which ones? 

I attended the startup cruise and two dinner events and would recommend all of them.
