Tell us more about your plans for 2023. What is your long-term vision?

We are currently expanding into the U.S. and are looking to build a global boutique Executive Search firm in the next 10 years. Our vision is to create 100% guarantee for future growth and success for Innovators, Founders & Investors, by utilizing tech-first talent identification and Key Personal touch.

What has been the biggest success that you have achieved in your startup?

We managed to build a proprietary platform for our clients that offers full real time transparency during any search assignment with a unique methodology, something that no other executive search firm is capable of doing.

If you could do it all over again, what would you do differently? What are your biggest learnings?

One of our strengths is that we have an iterative process. Every day we learn and improve and I would not change this continuous learning and growth mindset!

What motivates you to continue your business every day?

Having a positive impact on the lives of our candidates, customers, and the world.

One piece of advice for someone who is just starting out with their startup?

Always look at the bigger picture and focus on one thing rather than getting distracted by the market noise.

What does it mean to you to be a member of the Swiss Startup Association? 

I am looking forward to meeting other founders and learning about the Swiss ecosystem and seeing how we can support each other.

Would you recommend joining the Swiss Startup Association?

It is a bit early to say for me as we just signed up.
