The speakers will present the main differences and the characteristics of an AG and a GmbH with the goal to support the founders in making their right choice between these corporate forms. Furthermore, the speakers will elaborate on some key employment law issues to be considered and aware of from the beginning.

Raphael Keller, LL.M:

Raphael Keller is a member of the Start-up Desk and regularly advises clients on issues relating to financial market and corporate law. Raphael also advises and represents Swiss and foreign clients in litigation and enforcement matters. Thereby, he focuses particularly on private real estate and construction matters as well as construction-related and general public liability and insurance cases.

Dr Rahel A. Nedi, LL.M., Certificate of Advanced Studies in Data Protection:

Dr Rahel Nedi deals with Labour Law, Data Protection and Dispute Resolution. She is also a member of the Start-up Desk. She advises a national and international clientele, private individuals and companies. In addition, she is a lecturer at the University of Zurich and edits articles for the Swiss Journal of Employment Law (ARV/DTA).
